Mike
Mike has been part of the electrical industry since 2000. He began his career working for well-established electrical contractors in Bergen County while completing a five-year apprenticeship program. His dedication and skill led him to become a foreman at a major company, a role he held for over ten years.
Mike takes pride in working closely with his customers, always striving to deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction. He believes that clear communication and trust are the foundations of every successful project. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated martial artist, trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing. Through his practice, he has developed qualities such as focus, discipline, and a strong commitment to personal growth.
Eric
I grew up in North Jersey, and have lived here my entire life. After graduating high school, I decided to go to college for architecture. I spent some time at NJIT and PRATT, but ultimately was called to the family business to assist them. After some years of that I joined the IEBW in 2004, where I received a top-notch education in electrical. The best career decision I could have made was joining the Gladiator team in 2017. My beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children have never seen me happier.
John
My name is John, and I’m 41 years old. I have been an electrician for 14 years. I have worked for Gladiator Electric for the past 5 years where I enjoy the challenging and rewarding nature of the work. Every day brings something new, and I take pride in finding practical solutions that make a real difference for our customers.I have a son who is 9 years old. I have also been a firefighter for over 20 years in Closter and Demarest fire departments. My hobbies include lake and shore fishing with my son, or anything on the beach.
Jessie
Hi, I’m Jessie, the admin for Gladiator Electric LLC since 2022. I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing schedules, ensuring compliance and helping the team stay organized and efficient. I graduated with honors from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor’s degree and bring a passion for problem-solving and a focus on clear communication, I work with the team to ensure every job stays on track. I take pride in supporting people who power our work- both literally and figuratively. When I am not organizing workflows or juggling calendars, I enjoy cooking, watching horror movies, being outdoors and spending time with my little family.
