How can I get an estimate for an EV charger?
Please go to our home page, at the top of the page, you’ll find a link that says EV charging inquiry or you can just click HERE. Fill out the form and attach the photos as described and we will get back to you after receiving it. We do not give estimates over the phone.
2) Do I need a permit for my EV charger?
Yes, all EV chargers require permits in all towns. We will file the permit in your behalf, and you can reimburse us when it’s approved. You will need to be available to let the town inspector into your home to inspect the work after the job has been completed.
3) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit. There is a 3.49% convenience fee for payments made via credit card.
4) How soon can I get on the schedule to complete the work?
Every job has its own timeline. To get an idea of scheduling, it’s best to get an estimate for the job first so that we have an idea of how much time the job will take to complete at this time we will give you a start and finish date.
5) How can I schedule an estimate?
At the top of the page on our website, there is a link that says schedule an appointment. Click the link and submit an inquiry and we will get back to you shortly to schedule your estimate.
6) Do we install smart doorbells, thermostats, and cameras?
We do install smart doorbells and cameras. However, we do not install smart thermostats. It’s best to call the same company that you would call to fix or maintain your heating and cooling system to install the thermostat.
7) What should I do if half of the power goes out at my house?
The first step is to call your public service company and have them come out to check to see if you lost a phase. Once they come, if they discover that there is no issue on their end, give us a call to schedule a diagnostic service.
8) What should I do if my lights are flickering?
Give us a call in the office or go to the top of the website you’ll see a link that says schedule an appointment. You can reach out to us through either of these methods in order to schedule a diagnostic service call.
